1. Services

Celeste Wardrobe Stylist provides personal styling services, including but not limited to wardrobe edits, styling consultations, personal shopping, and outfit planning. Services may be delivered in person or virtually.

All styling recommendations are based on professional expertise, client preferences, lifestyle, and goals discussed during consultations.

2. Booking & Payment

Full payment (or deposit, if applicable) is required to secure your appointment.
Pricing is outlined at the time of booking and is subject to change without notice for future services.
Accepted payment methods will be provided at booking.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance but 48 hours is preferred.
Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or forfeited deposit.
No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of styling services:

All services are non-refundable once completed.
If you are unsatisfied, please reach out within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.
All cabi purchases allow for a a 30 return and exchange policy upon delivery of merchandise. Clients must communicate with Celeste Wardrobe Stylist within the 30 days upon delivery of cabi merchandise to be eligible for a return or exchange. All returns will be subject to a $5.00 return shipping fee that will be deducted from the refund amount that will be issued to the original form of payment, however that fee will be waived if another cabi purchase is made within 7 days of the submitted return.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients agree to provide accurate information regarding sizing, preferences, and budget.
Final purchasing decisions are the responsibility of the client.
Celeste Wardrobe Stylist is not responsible for fit, quality, or performance of items purchased from third-party retailers.

6. Product Purchases (cabi & Retail)

Any clothing or products purchased through cabi or other retailers are subject to the return and exchange policies of those brands. (see above for cabi return and exchange policy)
As an independent cabi stylist, Celeste Wardrobe Stylist may earn commission on select purchases.

7. Results Disclaimer

While styling services are designed to enhance confidence and simplify your wardrobe:

Results may vary based on individual participation and implementation.
No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

All styling materials, outfit plans, lookbooks, and recommendations provided are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Liability

Celeste Wardrobe Stylist is not liable for:

Any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during styling sessions or while wearing recommended items
Allergic reactions or sensitivities to fabrics or products

10. Privacy

Client information will be kept confidential and used solely for providing styling services and communication. Your information will never be sold or shared without consent.

11. Photography & Marketing

With client permission, before-and-after photos or styling images may be used for marketing, social media, or portfolio purposes.

12. Agreement

By booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

- Credit / Debit Cards (for styling services and cabi merchandise)
- Venmo (for styling services only)

- Offline Payments for local clients only (Cash/Check)
